Joe Armstrong – Founder, JPA Service
Joe Armstrong is a diesel technician with roots in five generations of farming and mechanical know-how. He was raised on a working animal farm in upstate New York, where he spent his early years side-by-side with his father repairing tractors and equipment. That hands-on experience sparked a lifelong passion for diesel mechanics.
After graduating from UTI in 2017, he spent 7 years working for two diesel shops, gaining deep experience with medium-heavy trucks, class 8 vehicles, and heavy equipment. In time, he saw the need for mobile, on-site service — and launched JPA Service to meet that demand.
Today, he brings the shop to you. Fully equipped with his own diagnostic technology and tools, providing reliable, mobile diesel service across the region.
